Privacy Policy

Jumpy Circle · Last updated: 16 October 2026

This policy explains how TSIGHT IT LTD ("we", "us") handles information in the Jumpy Circle iPhone app. For privacy questions, contact contact@tsight.co.uk.

Your game settings and local progress are stored on your device. Online rankings use Apple Game Center, and advertising uses Google AdMob. Those services process information as explained below; playing does not require a separate Jumpy Circle account.

1. Data stored on your device

Jumpy Circle saves your best score, local achievements, selected skin, sound preferences, tutorial progress and ad-frequency counters. When Game Center is used, it also stores an account-specific record of pending and submitted best scores so that interrupted submissions can be retried.

We do not operate a custom account system, gameplay database or cloud-save server for the app. The app does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise GPS location. It has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

2. Optional Apple Game Center

If you choose to sign in to Game Center, the app uses your Game Center player identifier to associate score submissions with the correct account and sends scores directly to Apple. It retrieves display names, scores and ranks to show the global leaderboard. After you enable Game Center, sign-in and pending score submissions may resume on later launches.

Your Game Center display name, score and rank can be visible to other players. Apple also processes Game Center account and gameplay information under its own policy. You can play without using the leaderboard.

Learn more in Apple’s Game Center & Privacy notice.

3. Google AdMob advertising

Jumpy Circle uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads that offer a revive, and may show interstitial ads between runs. Ad availability depends on the app version, region, connection and privacy choices. Ad requests may occur before you choose to watch a rewarded ad so that an ad is ready when needed.

When the advertising service runs, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may process:

  • Your IP address and approximate location inferred from it.
  • Device identifiers, including the advertising identifier when access is permitted, and app- or developer-specific identifiers.
  • Advertising and interaction data, such as ad impressions, video views and taps.
  • Crash diagnostics and performance information, such as launch time, hangs and energy use.

Google uses this information to deliver, measure and improve ads and its services, for analytics and to help prevent fraud. Personalization depends on applicable consent, settings and permissions. Ads that are not personalized can still involve data processing for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.

See Google’s iOS SDK data disclosures, how Google uses information from partner apps, and the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising consent & your choices

Depending on your region and the advertising features available, the app may present a privacy or consent message. Where privacy options are offered, use them to review or change your advertising choices. Contact us if you need help finding the controls for your version of the app.

Apple’s tracking permission is separate from advertising consent. If Jumpy Circle requests it, you can allow or decline and later change your choice in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining prevents access to Apple’s advertising identifier and does not stop you playing. Access to that identifier and tracking require Apple’s permission where applicable.

Read Apple’s explanation of tracking controls. You can also review Google’s advertising preferences in My Ad Center. Google’s settings do not replace choices available within an app.

5. Support messages & sharing

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, such as your device model, app version or screenshots. We use it to respond and investigate your request. Email is handled through our email provider; please send only information needed to explain the issue.

If you use the game’s Share action, you choose the destination in the iOS share sheet. The selected app or service handles what you share under its own privacy policy.

6. Storage, retention & deletion

Local app data remains on your device until it is removed with the app or through device storage controls. Offloading an app may retain its data. Apple backups may also contain app data and are managed separately. Deleting Jumpy Circle does not automatically delete scores held by Game Center or information already processed by Google.

Apple and Google manage the information they receive under their respective retention policies and account controls. We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, or to meet legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of support information we hold.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, request a copy, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact us about information held by TSIGHT IT LTD. For information controlled by Apple or Google, their privacy pages provide account controls and request channels.

You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority. In the United Kingdom, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office. Service providers may process information outside your country; their policies explain the safeguards and choices that apply.

8. Children & families

Parents and guardians can use Apple’s Screen Time and Game Center restrictions to manage access to features. Please contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information to our support address so that we can review and remove it where appropriate.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date.
