This Privacy Policy describes how Tsight IT LTD ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Noor Lock mobile application ("the App").

Noor Lock is designed with privacy in mind. We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the App.

Device and App Data

• App lock settings and preferences stored locally on your device (e.g. locked apps, schedules, PIN or biometric settings).
• Device identifiers such as a device-specific ID used to manage subscriptions and restore purchases.
• Usage data such as crash reports and basic analytics to help us fix bugs and improve performance, where enabled.

Subscription and Purchase Data

If you purchase a premium subscription, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, validate purchases, and restore access across devices. RevenueCat may receive your App Store receipt, product identifiers, and an anonymous app user ID. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require you to create an account.
• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact details through the App itself.
• We do not access the content inside apps you lock.
• We do not sell your personal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide core App functionality, including app locking and scheduling.
• Process and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• Restore purchases when you reinstall the App or switch devices.
• Diagnose technical issues and improve stability.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Most of your settings and preferences are stored locally on your device. Subscription-related data processed by RevenueCat is retained only as long as needed to manage your subscription and as described in RevenueCat's Privacy Policy .

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

These services operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

5. Children's Privacy

Noor Lock is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete it.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information associated with the App. Sensitive settings such as your PIN are stored on your device. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
