How do I restore my subscription?
Open Noor Lock, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Subscription management is handled through Apple and RevenueCat.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel or change your plan:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Noor Lock and choose your preferred option.
You can also manage subscriptions via Apple Subscriptions .
I was charged but premium features are not unlocked
Try these steps:
- Ensure you are signed in with the correct Apple ID.
- Tap "Restore Purchases" in the App settings.
- Force-quit and reopen the App.
- If the issue persists, email [email protected] with your Apple ID email and a screenshot of your receipt from Apple.
How do I reset my PIN?
